Green-white film
Green-white film is a newly developed diffuse scattering film for edible fungus. It is composed of green and white sides, one side is green and the other side is white. It has a certain light transmission performance. The light transmittance is about 10%, and the transmitted light is diffuse scattered light.
The green-white film is designed for special strains, such as shiitake mushrooms, which require diffuse scattered light with suitable intensity during the growth and development. The diffuse scattered light can promote the development of mycelium and the conversion and deposition of pigments. The green-white film overcomes the defects of the traditional sunshade net covering method in the production of edible fungi.
The green-white film has the function of shading and cooling. The light passing through the green-white film is diffusely scattered light. Compared with the shading net, it significantly improves the uniformity of the transmitted light and is beneficial to the growth of fruiting bodies. It has become the first choice for the majority of mushroom farmers.
The green-white film uses a five-layer co-extrusion compound process, adding titanium dioxide to block light and form scattered light; adding green mother to make the transmitted light appear green and simulate the shade environment, so that the light can be softer and selectively transmitted More green light. The green-white film uses imported BASF anti-aging additives, which is very resistant to pesticides.
The green-white film is a semi-translucent film, and the shading rate is about 90%, and the light transmittance is about 10%, which is conducive to the growth of edible fungi.
